I am writing to provide you with an update on relevant steps the Evergreen Wellness Center (EWC) is taking regarding the coronavirus.

Please review this before you come to the clinic.

After EWC Clinic’s staff meeting we agreed on keeping our clinic open but we will make some rules to make our patients and clinic safe.

* All staff and Patients sanitize hands when entering and leaving the clinic

* If you have symptoms such as fever or cough, Please stay at home or call me if you need

* All staff will wear a mask when we need and clean frequently touched surfaces and objects

* Mandatory 14 day quarantine for those who have traveled from a region considered high risk by CDC

If any changes happened we will inform you through website and social media.

If you need to cancel your appointment please call us and let us know.
